Implementation of Inamuro velocity boundary condition following the paper "A non-slip boundary condition for lattice Boltzmann simulations", Inamuro, Takaji; Yoshino, Masato; Ogino, Fumimaru, (1995). This implementation works for the D2Q9 Lattice only.
